Records and Confidentiality
The services operate according to Kent & Medway Safeguarding Boards child protection principles and all information concerning people attending Spring House is confidential.
The only exceptions are where it is necessary to protect a child from harm or where reporting is required by law. Records are kept to a minimum and there is an open access policy.
