Centre Manager - Hayley Bell
I joined Spring House in January 2011 having worked with children and families in Hampshire since 1997. My background is in adult learning, particularly working in the community, for both voluntary organisations and the local authority. I was a member of the core team establishing and developing one of the first Sure Start Local Programmes in Hampshire, after which I moved on to lead the development of a Phase 2 Children's Centre in Gosport. I am committed to continue working with parents and carers to support them in giving children the best possible start in life and am looking forward to meeting as many families and children as I can in our local community.

I have been working at Spring House since 1999 providing administrative and financial support. There have been many changes at the Centre over the years, but the one thing that has remained constant throughout is the happy atmosphere and the warm welcome families receive who visit Spring House. My job is extremely rewarding, every day is different, but most of all I enjoy having contact with the parents and children.
